Axiodis to collect the 5500 milk producers of Danone France


Case
Danone collects milk from 5500 productors, spread in 6 zones with very different collecting conditions. In order to streamline their routes, Danone looked for a software able to take into account every evolution inside the organization, to evaluate the additional cost.

Alifel organize its production with the deliveries scheduling made by Axiodis


Case
Alifel, the poultry nutrition plant of "Fermiers de Loué" (France) works with a specific oraganization : 95% of breeders' orders are realized 48 hours before and are placed remotely. This organization induces a an unique daily scheduling for 1000 tons of poultry aliments to produce. The plant only produces on demand and doesn't have any stock.

Solution and results
Route are elaborated thanks to Axiodis software. The production organization is then adjusted to the delivery routes defined by AXIODIS. Typical constraints of this activity make the logistical organization more complex. AXIODIS takes into account several parameters, such as :

* Allocation to specific trucks to deliver special products
* Incompatibilities between some products
* Integration of times to desinfect, technical and legal visits, etc.
* Access to some silos reserved to specific vehicles
